Where do you operate?
Ruby Agenda is based in Edmonton, Alberta, and we work with clients throughout Edmonton and the surrounding area. For events outside the city, travel fees may apply, and we’re happy to discuss options.
Do you supply the alcohol, or do we?
Typically, the client or venue purchases the alcohol, and Ruby Agenda provides the bartending team, bar tools, and service. We can help you plan quantities, selections, signature cocktails, sourcing and ordering so you’re set up for a smooth event.
Can you customize your services to fit my event?
Definitely. Every event is different, so we tailor our planning and bartending services to your needs—whether that’s a simple bar setup, a fully themed party, or a detailed wedding timeline.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak dates (weekends, holidays, and wedding season). That said, if your date is coming up quickly, reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Can you help with non-alcoholic or family-friendly events?
Absolutely. We love building inclusive menus with mocktails, soda bars, coffee/tea setups, and other non-alcoholic options for family events, school functions, and dry celebrations.
Are your bartenders trained and certified?
Yes. Our bartending team is experienced, professional, and holds the required certifications (such as ProServe) to ensure safe and responsible beverage service at your event.
